摘  要:为了确定行政区界的出入境水量,依据控制站的实测资料,采用水文比拟法、地区综合方法等进行了水量平衡分析,分析过程中考虑了误差控制的要求。分析结果表明:云南省内各主要流域的水资源丰富、开发利用程度较低。在此基础上,考虑到由于误差累积的影响,占出入境水量比重较小的蓄水变量和经济社会耗水量易遭受水量平衡的干扰,为此,进一步分析认为:在满足水量平衡合理性、相对误差小于出入境水量5%的情况下,可以对出入境水量进行调整。On the basis of water balance and error control criteria, we determined the inflow and outflow volumes of an area by hydrological analogy method and regional comprehensive method. The results showed that the main watersheds in Yunnan Province are rich in water resources, but its exploitation and utilization rate are very low. In consideration of the influence of error accumulation, the water storage variables and the economic and social water consumption that account for a small proportion of inflow and outflow are vulnerable to the interference of water balance. Therefore, we should adjust the inflow and outflow volumes of an area when the water balance is reasonable and the relative error accounts for less than 5% of the inflow and outflow volumes.
