摘  要:生物功能剂整理的环保型聚乳酸(PLA)纤维可以应用到医疗卫生领域。本研究通过对PLA纤维进行氧气低温等离子体预处理和溶菌酶后接枝的方法制备了一种PLA基抗菌材料。亚甲基蓝的着色发现,氧气低温等离子体在压强为35 Pa、250 W功率、3 min处理PLA纤维后效果最优。溶菌酶接枝中,交联剂的介入能促进接枝,氮丙啶交联剂作用下的接枝率最高。红外光谱结果表明,氧气等离子体处理后PLA纤维表面的-OH与-COOH有增加,溶菌酶接枝后产生了大量的-NH 2。溶菌酶在PLA纤维表面固定后,具备了良好的抗菌性。The environment-friendly polylactic acid(PLA)fiber prepared by biofunctional agent can be applied to the medical and health field.In this study,a PLA based antibacterial material was prepared by oxygen plasma pretreatment and lysozyme grafting of PLA fiber.The staining of methylene blue showed that the oxygen low-temperature plasma had the best effect after the PLA fiber was treated with 35 Pa,250 W power and 3 min.In lysozyme grafting,the crosslinking agent could promote the grafting,and the graft rate was the highest under the action of aziridine crosslinking agent.Infrared spectroscopy results showed that the-OH and-COOH on the surface of PLA fiber increased after oxygen plasma treatment,and a large amount of-NH 2 was produced after lysozyme grafting.Lysozyme has good antibacterial property after being fixed on the surface of PLA fiber.
