摘 要:微孔分子筛SSZ-13与SAPO-34由于其较小的开孔尺寸,抗积碳能力强,并且在负载铜离子后,可以表现出优异的NH 3-SCR(氨选择性催化还原)催化活性。为了满足越来越低的氮氧化物的排放限值。本文合成了亚微米级的铜基SSZ-13与SAPO-34催化剂,并利用XRD与SEM表征了催化剂的结构和形貌,进一步比较了自制与商业催化剂的催化活性差异,发现亚微米级的自制催化剂比相应的商业催化剂有着更好的NH 3-SCR活性。Microporous zeolites SSZ-13 and SAPO-34 have good resistance to carbon-deposition due to its small pore size.And it can exhibit excellent NH3-SCR catalytic activity after the loading of copper ions.In order to satisfy the lower and lower NOx emission-limit.In this paper,sub-micron Cu/SSZ-13 and Cu/SAPO-34 catalysts were synthesized,and the structure and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM.The differences of catalytic activity between self-made and commercial catalysts were further compared,and it is found that the self-made catalysts had better NH3-SCR activity than the commercial catalysts.
