摘  要:聚三氟苯乙烯(PTFS)的官能化可使PTFS获得更丰富的性能和应用。本文以氯磺酸为磺化剂将磺酸基团引入PTFS中,并改变反应物的物质的量比得到了系列磺化产物(SPTFS)。通过酸碱滴定、XPS分析SPTFS中磺酸基团的量,借助IR、TGA、DSC、溶解性实验分析SPTFS的结构和性能。实验发现,PTFS和氯磺酸的物质的量比≥1时产物可溶于常见的极性溶剂;磺化度随氯磺酸量的增加而增加,不同磺化度造成了SPTFS间显著的性能差异。Functionalization of poly (α,β,β-trifluorostyrene) (PTFS) can richer its properties and applications. Sulfonic groups were introduced into poly (α,β,β-trifluorostyrene) (PTFS) by using chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent,and a series of sulfonated products were obtained by changing the molar ratio of reactants. The sulfonation degree of PTFS was characterized by XPS and acid-base titration,the structure and properties were studied by IR,TGA,DSC and solubility testing. It was found that the the products were soluble in common polar solvents when the molar ratio of PTFS and chlorosulfonic acid was ≥1. Sulfonation degree increased with the increased amount of chlorosulfonic acid,and it caused the performance differences of different SPTFS.
