摘　　要：本项目以某炼油厂气分装置为例,利用热媒水、催化顶循油为气分装置再沸器提供热源,降低气分装置的蒸汽消耗,达到节能的目的,同时对于新建和改造项目具有参考价值。文章主要介绍工艺流程的确定,以及再沸器选型及配管。This project takes a refinery gas separation unit as an example,using hot medium water and catalytic top circulation oil to provide heat source for the reboiler of the gas separation unit,reduce the steam consumption of the gas separation unit,and achieve the goal of energy saving,at the same time,it has reference value for new construction and renovation projects.This paper mainly introduces the determination of process flow,the selection of reboiler and the piping.
