摘　　要：分析了甲苯二胺生产过程中加氢反应器的扩产瓶颈,针对反应器移热能力不足的问题,提出外循环部分物料进行换热的工艺流程方案,并对方案进行了参数优化,得到较优的工艺条件,使原盘管反应器在不改变内部结构的前提下,生产能力提高了50%。The capacity expanding bottleneck of the coil-type hydrogenation reactor in the process of toluene diamine production is analyzed.The process flow scheme of the external circulation is proposed to overcome the lackage of heat transfer for the reactor,and the parameters are optimized to obtain better process conditions,so that the production capacity of the original reactor is increased by 50%without changing the internal structure of the reactor.
