摘  要:随着环保要求的提高,加氢装置在炼油行业日益普及,反应器是加氢装置的核心设备,针对反应器温度高的特点,设置急冷氢注入系统,以调整床层的温度分布,将反应器床层温度控制在合理范围内,使催化剂的活性维持在最佳状态,大大提高了反应效率。With improved requirement of environmental protection,hydrogenation units are becoming more and more popular in oil refining industry.Hydrogenation reactor is the core equipment of hydrogenation units.In view of the characteristic of high temperature in the hydrogenation reactor,a quenched hydrogen injection system is set up to adjust the temperature distribution of the reaction bed,which helps to maintain the temperature of the reaction bed within a reasonable range for preserving the high activity of catalyst,and finally results in greatly improved reaction efficiency.
