摘  要:焦化废水是典型的高浓度难降解工业废水,具有成分复杂、毒性大、处理难度大等显著特点。然而,炼焦行业污染物排放新标准的颁布实施使得焦化废水的达标排放成为迫切需要解决的难题。本文介绍了一种基于常规工艺的焦化废水强化混凝深度处理技术,制备出新型复合混凝剂,不仅能够保证出水水质达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》的排放要求(COD稳定在80 mg/L以下,总氰化物稳定在0.1 mg/L以下),而且节省固定投资,运行成本低,管理操作简易,具有良好的示范意义和推广价值。Coking wastewater is a typical industrial wastewater with high contaminants concentration,featured as complicated composition,high toxicity and difficulty in treatment.However,the emission standard of coking wastewater has become an urgent problem to be solved because of the implementation of new standards for effluent discharging in coking industry.This paper introduces an enhanced coagulation treatment technology based on conventional treating process and facilities.It can ensure the effluent to meet the discharging standards(COD<80 mg/L,total cyanide<0.1 mg/L)with lower cost and easy maintenance and management,thus having important reference value to the popularization and application of the coking wastewater treatment.
