摘  要:由于生产工艺的特点不同,采用干法制砂工艺比普通湿法制砂工艺所获得机制砂具有更高的品质。对比研究了高品质机制砂和普通机制砂所制备混凝土工作性能和力学性能,并测试干法制砂所收集的石粉的性能,探究石粉掺量对机制砂混凝土工作性能和力学性能影响。试验结果表明:干法制砂获得机制砂品质更好,高品质机制砂混凝土比普通机制砂混凝土的工作性能和力学性能平均提高约10%,石粉掺量为5%时对机制砂混凝土工作性能和力学性能具有一定的有利影响,但掺量超过10%后,其工作性能和力学性能均随着掺量的提高不断下降。Due to characteristics of different production technology,the manufactured sand obtained by dry technique had higher quality than that by ordinary wet technique. The working and mechanical properties of concrete prepared by high quality manufactured sand and ordinary manufactured sand were compared,the properties of stone powder collected by dry technique were tested,and the influence of the amount of added stone powder on the working and mechanical properties of concrete with manufactured sand were explored. The results show that the quality of manufactured sand obtained by dry technique was better. The working and mechanical properties of concrete with high quality manufactured sand were improved by about 10% on average compared with the concrete prepared by ordinary manufactured sand. When the amount of added stone powder was 5%,it had a certain beneficial effect on the working and mechanical properties of concrete with manufactured sand,but when the amount was more than 10%,its working and mechanical properties declined with the increased of the amount of added stone powder.
