摘  要:超高层建筑已成为城市建筑的重要组成部分,其往往建筑体量庞大、功能复杂,火灾危险性高,要求配备比普通建筑更为安全可靠的消防给水系统。基于此,以南昌市某超高层办公楼项目为例,结合《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》(GB 50974-2014)等规范的要求,介绍了超高层项目的消防给水系统选型分析以及系统设计,包括消防给水系统竖向分区、消防水量及消防水池的设置、消防转输系统的设置、高位消防水箱的设置、水泵选型及系统工作压力校核等。Super high-rise buildings have become an important part of urban buildings. They often have large volume,complex features,and high fire risks. They require a more secure and reliable system of fire protection water supply than ordinary buildings. This paper takes a super high-rise office building project in Nanchang as an example,and combines the requirements of《Technical code for fire protection water supply and hydrant systems》( GB 50974-2014) to introduce the common forms of fire protection water supply system,and the way of practically choosing the appropriate system. Including the following analysis: vertical division zone of fire protection water supply system,fire water consumption and fire reservoir setting,transmission system of fire protection water supply,elevated fire tank setting,fire pumps selection and the system working pressure checking.
