减重代谢外科专科护理门诊的设立与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨开设减重代谢外科专科护理门诊的实施效果。方法采用历史性对照研究的方法,随机选取2014年1月1日~2014年6月31日行减重代谢术后患者37例,予常规减重代谢门诊诊疗;随机选取2017年1月1日~2017年6月31日行减重代谢术后患者38例为实验组,在予常规减重代谢门诊诊疗后,接受减重代谢外科专科护理门诊诊疗,比较两组患者术后的复诊率、术后营养并发症发生率、体重降幅、焦虑情况。结果实验组患者术后6、9、12个月的复诊率高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组术后12个月营养并发症发生率低于对照组,体重降幅高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后6、12个月焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论减重代谢外科专科护理门诊可以有效地提高减重代谢术后患者的复诊率、体重降幅,降低减重代谢术后患者的术后营养并发症发生率及焦虑率,达到有效管理减重代谢术后患者的生活方式的目的,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of lifestyle intervention on patients after bariatric and metabolic surgery in the outpatient department of bariatric and metabolic nursing.Methods From January 1,2014 to June 31,2014,a total of 37 patients underwent weight-loss and metabolism surgery were treated by routine weight-loss and metabolism clinic.From January 1,2017 to June 31,2017,38 patients underwent weight-loss and metabolism surgery as experimental group.After routine weight-loss and metabolism clinic diagnosis and treatment,they were treated by special clinic of weight-loss and metabolism nursing.The rate of follow-up visits,the incidence of nutritional complications,weight loss and anxiety of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The rate of follow-up visits in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group at 6,9 and 12 months after operation(P<0.01);the incidence of nutritional complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group at 12 months after operation,and the weight loss was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the anxiety score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 6 and 12 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The special outpatient clinic of weight-loss metabolic nursing can effectively improve the rate of reexamination,compliance and weight loss of patients after weight-loss metabolic surgery,reduce the incidence of nutritional complications,weight rebound rate,rebound rate and anxiety rate of patients after weight-loss metabolic surgery,and achieve effective management of patients after weight-loss metabolic surgery.The purpose of life style is to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
