摘  要:针对某鼠笼弹支一体化球轴承保持架打滑率问题,基于球轴承动力学理论,采用修正Craig-Bampton子结构模态综合法,对该鼠笼式弹性支承体与轴承外圈和轴承座之间进行刚柔耦合连接,建立了鼠笼弹支一体化球轴承动力学模型,分析了其保持架打滑率。结果表明:鼠笼式弹性支承轴承保持架在内引导和外引导下保持架打滑率均随径向载荷和轴承转速增大而增大,随轴向载荷增大而减小。Aimed at slip rate of cages in ball bearings integrated with squirrel cage elastic support,based on dynamic theory of ball bearings,a modified Craig-Bampton substructure modal synthesis method is adopted.A rigid-flexible coupling connection is carried out between squirrel cage elastic support and outer rings of the bearings and housings.A dynamic model is established for ball bearings integrated with squirrel cage elastic support,and the slip rate of cages is analyzed.The results show that the slip rate of cages in ball bearings integrated with squirrel cage elastic support is increased with increase of radial load and rotational speed of the bearings and decreased with increase of axial load under inner guidance and outer guidance.
