摘 要:在充分考虑轴承各零件柔性基础上,基于ABAQUS建立高速圆柱滚子轴承动力学分析模型,分析了轴承保持架、滚子的运动特性和滚子在轴承运行周期中的打滑特性,主要考虑径向载荷、内圈转速、兜孔间隙与引导间隙比值及轴承内部摩擦因数对滚子打滑的影响。结果表明:圆柱滚子轴承在高速、轻载工况下更易发生打滑;间隙比小时,滚子打滑程度会受到抑制;摩擦因数增大会抑制滚子打滑。Taking the flexibility of bearing parts into full account,a dynamic analysis model of high speed cylindrical roller bearings is established based on ABAQUS.The motion characteristics of cages and rollers of the bearings are discussed,and the slip characteristics of rollers during operation period of the bearings are analyzed.The influence of radial load,rotational speed of inner rings,ratio of pocket clearance to guide clearance,friction coefficient of the bearings on slip of rollers are mainly considered.The results show that the cylindrical roller bearings are more prone to slip under high speed and light load conditions;when the clearance is relatively small,the slip degree of rollers is suppressed;the slip of rollers is inhibited by increase of friction coefficient.
