摘　　要：阐述了圆锥滚子轴承冲压保持架主要尺寸参数的含义,就保持架外径变动量、底径变动量、底径中心对外径中心的位置变动量、径向游隙的变动量、滚子组内、外径变动量、单一内外径偏差、梁宽变动量、窗孔底高变动量、单个窗孔底高变动量、压坡面素线的垂直度等参数对轴承性能的影响进行具体分析,并对生产中影响这些参数的因素进行说明。The meanings of main dimensional parameters for stamped cages of tapered roller bearings are described.The specific effects of the following parameters on performances of the bearings are analyzed,such as variation of outer diameter of cage,variation of bottom diameter,positional variation of center of bottom diameter to center of outer diameter,variation of radial clearance,variation of inner and outer diameter of roller set,deviation of single inner and outer diameter,variation of bar width,variation of window hole bottom height,variation of single window hole bottom height and verticality of generatrix of slope surface.The factors affecting these parameters in production are explained.
