摘  要:基于圆锥滚子正置贯穿式超精研凸度修形的工艺特征,提出了凸度修形的数值模拟方法和流程,并对影响凸度的因素进行了数值模拟分析,结果表明:超精时滚子素线倾角对凸度对称性有显著影响,凸度对称性对上素线倾角的变化十分敏感;滚子锥角越大,超精后凸度量越大;油石的研磨能力对凸度量和形状影响不大;随着滚子自转圈数增大,凸度量增大,凸度曲线中部平缓的部分变短,两端陡峭的部分变长。Based on process characteristics of crown profiling during median putting through-feed superfinishing of tapered roller,the numerical simulation method and flow of crown profiling are proposed.The numerical simulation analysis of factors affecting crown is carried out.The results show that the inclination angle on generatrix of roller has significant effect on symmetry of crown during superfinishing,and the symmetry of crown is very sensitive to change of inclination angle of roller axis;the greater the cone angle of roller,the greater the crown after superfinishing;the grinding ability of oilstone has little effect on size and shape of crown;with the increase of rotational cycles of roller,the crown increases,the flat part in middle of crown curve gets shorter,and the steep part at both ends gets longer.
