摘  要:针对基于塞规测量技术的万向节外圈内径自动测量系统测量过程中可能影响测量结果的定位、驱动及测量机构误差进行了系统分析,并通过测量试验进行验证,结果表明,本系统完全满足企业对万向节外圈内径测量公差小于0.025 mm的技术要求。Aimed at automatic measuring system for inner diameter of outer ring of universal joint based on plug gauge measuring technology,the positioning,driving and measuring mechanism errors that may affect measuring results during measuring process are analyzed systematically and verified by measuring test.The results show that the system fully meets technical requirements of enterprises for measuring tolerance of inner diameter of outer ring of universal joint less than 0.025 mm.
