摘 要:电网的绝缘阻抗是电网安全运行的重要参数,必须经常进行测量。针对现有检测方法及检测装置设计的不足,文章将并联谐振提供高阻抗的理论应用于低压电网的绝缘检测,通过对串联谐振回路的低压供电系统的运行分析,得到谐振电容、电感和对地绝缘阻抗之间存在线性关系的结果。利用附加接地电阻提出了一种电网绝缘参数测试新方法,给出了不同线制下低压电网绝缘检测装置设计参数与电网绝缘参数的计算公式,并利用仿真试验证明了该结果及测试方法的正确性。研究结果在低压电网绝缘检测装置设计中具有通用性,为电网绝缘的智能检测提供了理论依据。The insulation impedance of power grid is an important parameter for safe operation of power grid which must be measured frequently.In view of the shortcomings of the existing detection methods and detection devices,an insulation detection method by using parallel resonance of low voltage power grid is proposed.The low-voltage network that contains series resonance system is analyzed,and the linearity among resonance capacitance,inductance and insulated resistance is found.A new method which adding a ground resistance to detect power grid insulation parameter is proposed.The formulas for calculating the design parameters of the insulation detection device and the insulation parameters of low voltage power grid in different wire systems are given and the correctness of the new method is proved by simulating.The research results are universal in the design of insulation detection device for low voltage power network which provides a theoretical basis for the intelligent detection of power grid insulation.
