摘 要:为研究ZSM-5分子筛颗粒形貌对其甲醇制汽油(MTG)催化性能的影响,本文采用无模板—水热法、溶胶凝胶法、模板—水热法合成了颗粒形貌分别为平板六边形、类球形、球形的ZSM-5分子筛,用SEM,BET,XRD和NH3-TPD对所合成分子筛进行了表征,对催化剂活性进行了评价,并与工业品分子筛进行了对比。实验结果表明:分子筛的比表面积和孔容是决定其使用寿命和催化性能的主要因素,比表面积和孔容越大,催化性能越好,催化活性保持时间越长,分子筛颗粒形貌对催化甲醇制汽油性能有较大影响。研究结果对ZSM-5分子筛的制备和应用具有较好的指导意义。In order to study the influence of ZSM-5 zeolites particle morphology on its catalytic performance of MTG(methanol to gasoline)reaction,three kinds of HZSM-5 zeolites with different morphology(plate-hexagonal,near spherical and spherical)were synthesized by template-free hydrothermal method,sol-gel method and template-hydrothermal method,and characterized by SEM,BET,XRD and NH3-TPD.The experiments show that the specific surface area and pore volume of zeolites are the main factor that determine its service life and catalytic performance.The larger the specific surface area and pore volume,the better the catalytic performance and the longer the catalytic service life.The morphology of molecular sieve particles has a great influence on the performance of catalytic methanol gasoline production.These consequences have good value for the synthesis and application of ZSM-5 zeolites.
