当下我国公共体育场馆发展的改革路向

摘　　要：公共体育场馆的发展路向一般遵循着从满足政治需要,到满足办竞技比赛需要,再到满足大众需求的发展规律。我国公共体育场馆在发展过程中出现偏离现象,导致公共体育场馆功能属性发展失衡,公共体育场馆文化营造、内涵建设不到位以及过度经营化等问题。问题的解决,需要促使我国公共体育场馆回归满足人民需求的基本路向,并通过回归全民健身、回归群众赛事和回归文化发展的实践方式,以推动我国公共体育场馆的可持续发展。The purpose of public sports facilities development has shifted from political propaganda to sports events and the public health,the deviation from which has resulted in the functional imbalance of the facilities,the imperfection of the cultural and connotation construction and excessive commercialization.We should return the public sports facilities to the people,catering to the needs of public health,mass sports events and cultural development,so as to promote the sustainable development of sports facilities in China.
