摘　　要：在国家实施一流课程建设“双万计划”的背景下,国家宏观政策正推动在线开放课程蓬勃发展。从已认定的国家精品在线开放课程中可以看出,课程所属学校、所属区域以及课程所属学科存在相对集中的情况。在系统分析在线开放课程应然价值和实然困境的基础上,提出高校打造在线开放课程的对策:一是加强建设,打好在线开放课程的基础;二是聚焦应用,抓住在线开放课程的发展;三是重在学习,实现在线开放课程的价值。Under the background of“Double-First Class”initiative,the national macro policy has stipulated that we should accelerate the vigorous development of online open courses.It can be seen that the schools,regions and disciplines of the national top-quality online open courses are relatively concentrated.Based on the systematic analysis of the significance and challenges of online open course construction,application and learning,this paper puts forward the strategies:first,to strengthen the construction and lay a solid foundation for online open courses;second,to focus on application and grasp the key point;third,to focus on learning and maximize the value of online open courses.
