摘　　要：文章聚焦湖北农产品供应链高质量发展问题,从农产品供给质量、农产品农商互联产销对接、现代农产品供应链建设体系以及应急农产品供应链运作情况四个方面深度剖析湖北农产品供应链发展现状,明晰湖北农产品供应链发展存在的问题,最后从增强农产品供应链前端商品化处理能力、提升农产品供应链流通端冷链物流服务水平、完善农产品供应链末端分销网络体系、优化农产品供应链网络产销对接功能、打造标准化与品牌化农产品供应链体系以及建立农产品物流与供应链应急分级响应机制六个方向给出湖北农产品供应链高质量发展建议,特别针对当前湖北省尤其是武汉地区新冠肺炎疫情,初步提出了未来应急农产品供应链发展对策。This paper focuses on the high-quality development of agricultural products supply chain in Hubei province and analyzes the development status of agricultural products supply chain in Hubei Province from four aspects:the supply quality of agricultural products,the connection between agricultural products and agribusiness,the construction system of modern agricultural products supply chain,and the operation of emergency agricultural products supply chain.It then clarifies the problems existing in the development of agricultural products supply chain in Hubei Province.Finally,the paper points out six measures for the high-quality development of Hubei agricultural products supply chain,including promoting agricultural products supply chain front-end commercialization ability,promoting cold-chain logistics service level in agricultural products supply chain,improving agricultural products supply chain distribution network system,optimizing the connection between production and marketing in agricultural products supply chain,building standardized and branded agricultural products supply chain system,and building graded response mechanism of agricultural products logistics and supply chain.In particular,the paper puts forward suggestions for future agricultural products emergency supply chain development in connection with new coronavirus epidemic in Hubei Province,especially in Wuhan.
