摘 要:重金属污染已成为农业环境和农产品安全亟待解决的问题,对重金属离子的检测研究和重金属污染防控至关重要。现从原理、优缺点、研究进展方面综述了电化学检测法、光学检测法、生物学检测法等常规重金属离子检测方法,并对高光谱遥感技术、太赫兹时域光谱技术、共振光散射技术、纳米技术等新型检测技术做出相关介绍,最后对各种传统检测方法与新型检测方法做了对比分析,在此基础上提出了新的重金属同位素检测技术可能性方案,并对重金属检测技术研究发展方向做出展望。Heavy metal pollution has become an urgent problem of agricultural environment and produce safety. Research on detection method of heavy metal ions is crucial to prevent and control heavy metal pollution. The conventional detection methods, such as electrochemical test, optical test, and biological assays, were reviewed in terms of the principle, advantages and disadvantages, and status quo of the research. Meanwhile, some new detection technologies were introduced, including hyperspectral remote-sensing technology, terahertz time-domain spectroscopy, resonance light scattering technique, and nanotechnology. The conventional and new detection methods were compared. Finally, the conventional and new detection methods were compared and analyzed, and on this basis a new technical possibilities scheme of heavy-metal isotope detection was proposed and the development direction of heavy metal detection technology was prospected.
