摘  要:为研究支座摩擦滑移效应对混凝土弯梁桥横向偏位的影响,通过ANSYS(有限元分析软件)建立了公路桥梁盆式橡胶支座(GPZ)(2009)2.5SX(双向活动)±50 mm型盆式橡胶支座的三维实体模型,基于此,对盆式橡胶支座的聚四氟乙烯板、盆环、三向受压橡胶块、支座底板的应力和变形做了细致分析;采用有限元模拟支座竖向承载力试验,将得到的荷载位移曲线与交通运输部公路科学研究院完成的2.5 MN盆式橡胶支座的承载力试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:盆式橡胶支座具有稳定的力学性能,设计竖向荷载作用下支座的最大主应力、竖向压缩变形、径向变形均满足设计要求;竖向压缩变形的有限元计算值与试验值最大误差为4.8%,验证了有限元模型的准确性,,为后续进行支座摩擦滑移特性分析奠定基础。In order to study the influence of friction and slip effect of bearing on transverse deviation of concrete curved beam bridge, a three-dimensional solid model of GPZ(2009) 2.5 SX±50 mm(SX represents two-way movement) basin rubber bearing of highway bridge was established by using the finite element analysis software(ANSYS). Based on this, the stress and deformation of PTFE plate, basin ring, three-dimensional compressed rubber block and base plate of the basin rubber bearing were analyzed in detail. The vertical bearing of the bearing was simulated by finite element method. The load-displacement curves obtained are compared with the bearing capacity test results of 2.5 MN basin rubber bearings completed by the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transportation. The results show that the basin rubber bearing has stable mechanical properties, and the maximum principal stress, vertical compression deformation and radial deformation of the bearing under the design vertical load satisfy the design requirements;the maximum error between the calculated value and the experimental value of the vertical compression deformation is 4.8%, which verifies the accuracy of the finite element model and lays a foundation for the subsequent analysis of the friction and slip characteristics of the bearing.
