摘  要:为探明荆条灌丛不同龄级光合能力的变化规律,测定了不同龄级荆条的光响应曲线与净光合速率日变化。结果表明,各龄级荆条在光合有效辐射为800μmol·m^-2·s^-1时达到光饱和点,龄级3表现出更强的光合能力,在光合有效辐射的变化过程中净光合速率最大,表现为龄级3>龄级2>龄级4>龄级1>龄级5;蒸腾速率,气孔导度以及饱和水蒸气压亏缺对荆条的净光合速率影响较大;各龄级荆条净光合速率日变化呈单峰型曲线;龄级2荆条的水分利用效率最大。In order to ascertain the regularity of photosynthetic capacity of Vitex negundo of different age classes,the light response curves and daily changes of net photosynthetic rate of Vitex negundo of different age classes were determined.The results showed that Vitex negundo of various age classes reached the light saturation point when the photo synthetically active radiation was 800μmol·m-2·s-1,with Age class 3 showing stronger photosynthetic capacity and the highest net photosynthetic rate during the change of photo synthetically active radiation.The photosynthetic capacity of each age class showed the following order:Age class 3>Age class 2>Age class 4>Age class 1>Age class 5;the transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and saturated water vapor pressure deficit all had greater impacts on the net photosynthetic rate of Vitex negundo of each age class.The diurnal variation of the net photosynthetic rate of Vitex negundo of each age class was unimodal;and the water use efficiency of Vitex negundo of Age class 2 was the highest.
