摘　　要：油浸式电力变压器发生火灾等重大事故时,变压器本体快速排油是防止爆炸和大范围火灾事故的极为重要的手段之一。研究一种新型换流变压器快速排油装置,具有智能探测变压器火灾事故的功能,可实现就地或远程控制,自动或手动启动,装置动作时开启电动阀排油,同时,断流阀关闭,将储油柜与油箱之间油路切断,杜绝“火上浇油”。该方案可在变压器发生火灾时配合各类灭火系统,实现变压器油的快速排出,将损失降到最低。In case of fire and other major accidents of oil immersed power transformers,draining the oil out of the transformer tank is one of the most important measures to prevent explosion and large-scale fire accidents.The research is carried out to design a new type of quick oil drain device for converter transformer,which has the function of detecting transformer fire accidents intelligently.It can realize local or remote control,automatic or manual start.When the device operates,the electric valve will open to drain the oil automatically.At the same time,the shut-off valve will close to cut off the oil path between the conservator and the tank to prevent fueling the fire.The device can cooperate with various kinds of fire extinguishing systems in case of transformer fire to achieve quick drain of transformer oil,and at the same time,to minimize the loss.
