摘 要:循环流化床锅炉较高的飞灰可燃物含量将严重降低机组运行经济性。在理论分析煤质、配风、床温等对飞灰可燃物含量影响机理的基础上,对某电厂145 MW循环流化床锅炉进行降低飞灰可燃物含量的燃烧调整试验,提出了降低飞灰可燃物含量的有效措施,如降低一次风风量、增大上二次风风门开度、提高运行床温、控制入炉煤热值及粒度等。研究结果可供同类循环流化床锅炉运行借鉴。High carbon content in fly ash of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers will seriously reduce the unit efficiency.Based on the theoretical analysis of the influence mechanism of coal quality,air distribution and bed temperature on the carbon content of fly ash,the combustion adjustment test of 145 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant was carried out to reduce the carbon content of fly ash.Effective measures to reduce the carbon content of fly ash were proposed,such as reduce the primary air volume,increase the upper secondary air door opening,improve the operating bed temperature,control the coal heating ualue and particle size.The results of this study can be used as a reference for similar circulating fluidized bed boilers.
