摘　　要：本文对所收集的野生铜鱼进行了为期40 d的池塘驯养试验。结果表明,铜鱼虽然是一种应激性非常强的鱼类,但通过增加运输前后的抗应激处理及小水体暂养、补充鲜活饵、增设池塘流水条件等措施,可有效提高铜鱼驯养期的成活率,为下一步成功进行池塘养殖奠定基础。A 40-day pond domestication test on the collected wild Coreius guichenoti was conducted in this paper.The results showed that although Coreius guichenoti was a very stressful fish,the survival rates of Coreius guichenoti during the domestication period could be effectively improved through measures such as increasing anti-stress treatment before and after transportation,temporary water body rearing,supplementing live bait,and adding pond water conditions,which laid the foundation for successful pond culture of Coreius guichenoti.
