摘  要:为了解湖州地区渔用饲料中抗生素的污染水平,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪,对湖州地区渔用饲料中的土霉素、金霉素、四环素和强力霉素开展了检测分析。结果表明,饲料中四环素类抗生素的加标回收率很低,需要用基质加标的方法去定量才能保证回收率以满足试验要求。在18份饲料样品中,共有8份饲料样品中测出1~3种四环素类抗生素,检出率为44.4%;其中金霉素的检测率最高,为33.3%。不同养殖品种所用的饲料中四环素类抗生素含量存在差异,这一方面与养殖模式有关,另一方面也与养殖场的管理混乱有关。In order to understand the pollution level of antibiotics in fishery feed in Huzhou area,the detection and analysis of oxytetracycline,chlortetracycline,tetracycline and doxycycline in fishery feed in Huzhou area were carried out by using ultra high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that the recovery rate of tetracycline antibiotics was very low,and it needs to be quantified by matrix addition to ensure that the recovery rate can meet the experimental requirements.Among the 18 feed samples,1-3 kinds of tetracycline antibiotics were detected in 8 feed samples,the detection rate was 44.4%,among which the detection rate of chlortetracycline was the highest(33.3%).The content of tetracycline antibiotics in the feed of different breed was different.On the one hand,it was related to the breeding mode;on the other hand,it was also related to the management confusion of the farm.
