摘　　要：本文系统总结了中南林业科技大学生物化学在线开放课程的构建与应用情况,使用在线开放课程学习后,学生的平均分、最低分、最高分、及格率均有所提升,以为其他学校应用该教学方式和该在线开放课程提供参考。This paper systematically summarized the construction and application of the massive open online course in biochemistry of Central South University of Forestry and Technology.After using the online open course,average scores,minimum scores,maximum scores,and passing rates of students had been improved,so as to provide references for other schools to apply this online open course.
