摘　　要：脊髓动脉细小,解剖复杂,临床病种多样,术前了解其解剖结构,可以制定适宜的手术方案,减少术中脊髓缺血性损害及术后脊髓截瘫等并发症。影像学检查是了解脊髓动脉的重要手段,本文综述脊髓动脉的影像显示方法及临床应用。The Spinal arteries are slender,with complex anatomy and diverse clinical diseases,understands its anatomical structure before operation,may formulate the appropriate operation plan,reduces the postoperative spinal cord paraplegia complication of the spinal cord ischemic damage during the operation.Imaging examination is an important methodto understand the spinal artery.This article reviews the imaging methods and clinical application of spinal artery.
