摘　　要：目的:总结对新生儿采用一次性硅胶子宫造影管代替一次性肛管进行钡剂灌肠的应用体会。方法:选择12F一次性硅胶子宫造影管对新生儿进行钡剂灌肠。结果:对新生儿采用一次性硅胶子宫造影管代替一次性肛管进行钡剂灌肠的成功率明显提高。结论:采用一次性硅胶子宫造影管代替一次性肛管应用于新生儿钡剂灌肠,即提高检查的成功率,又减少了新生儿X线照射量,应用效果较好。Objective To summarize the newborn using disposable silica gel imaging of the uterus tube instead of disposable anal canal barium enema of application experience.Methods The 12F disposable silica gel hysterogram tube was used to perform barium enema on the newborn.Results For newborn using disposable silica gel imaging of the uterus tube instead of disposable anal canal barium enema success rate increased significantly.Conclusion Using disposable silica gel imaging of the uterus tube instead of disposable anal canal used in neonatal barium enema,which improve the success rate of the check and reduce the neonatal X-ray exposure,and the application effect is good.
