摘　　要：目的:观察CT诊断在急性阑尾炎患者中临床价值。方法:对2019年3月至2019年10月时间段内于我院经手术病理检查确诊为急性阑尾炎的72例患者的影像学检查资料进行分析,以手术病理检查结果为金标准,对比CT诊断在急性阑尾炎中的应用价值。结果:72例患者手术病理检出率为100.00%,CT检出率为97.22%,对比两组数据,组间差异可以忽略不计,即不可见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对急性阑尾炎患者行CT诊断,结果具有较好的可靠性,可以减少患者漏诊、误诊风险性,为患者的临床治疗提供指导,有利于患者获取更好的预后质量。Objective To observe the clinical value of CT diagnosis in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods The imaging data of 72 patients with acute appendicitis diagnosed by surgical pathology in our hospital from March 2019 to October 2019 were analyzed.The results of surgical pathological examination were the gold standard and CT diagnosis was compared.The value of application in acute appendicitis.Results The pathological detection rate of 72 patients was 100.00%,and the CT detection rate was 97.22%.The difference between the two groups was negligible,that is,the statistical significance was not seen (P>0.05).Conclusion CT diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis has good reliability,which can reduce the risk of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of patients,and provide guidance for clinical treatment of patients,which is conducive to patients to obtain better prognosis quality.
