摘　　要：“脑血管意外”又称脑卒中,已成为当前我国国民致死、致残的第一病因,存活患者中不同程度的存在肢体与心理障碍。目前早期积极的康复治疗仍是降低卒中患者功能障碍的有效治疗手段。然而传统“药物+运动”的康复模式侧重于患者肢体功能障碍的诊治,对疾病引发的心理障碍问题缺少足够的重视与积极的手段。心理康复作为积极有效的康复治疗手段,虽已被众多国内外研究成果所证实,但在国内的进展困难重重,一定程度上阻碍了我国康复医学事业的发展。因此积极探询心理康复应用中存在的问题及影响因素,对完善与创新医疗康复服务模式,落实健康中国战略意义显著。"Cerebrovascular accident",also known as stroke,has become the number one cause of death and disability in our country at present,and limbs and psychological disorders exist to varying degrees in surviving patients.Early active rehabilitation is still an effective treatment to reduce dysfunction in stroke patients.However,the traditional"medicine+exercise"rehabilitation model focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with limb dysfunction,and lacks sufficient attention and positive measures for the psychological disorders caused by the disease.As an active and effective rehabilitation treatment method,psychological rehabilitation has been confirmed by many domestic and foreign research results,but progress in the country is very difficult,which has hindered the development of China's rehabilitation medicine industry to a certain extent.Therefore,actively exploring the problems and influencing factors in the application of psychological rehabilitation is of great significance for improving and innovating the medical rehabilitation service model and implementing the strategy of health China.
