关于高校附属医院科研经费管理的思考

摘　　要：高校附属医院在我国医疗体制中占有非常重要的地位,集医教研一体,随着国家“科教兴国”战略的不断推进,高校附属医院的科研项目数量持续增长,如何科学合理地使用科研经费,加强科研项目管理,在当前具有非常重要的意义。该文尝试从问题导向入手,分析当前高校附属医院科研经费管理存在的症结,在此基础上,提出改善高校附属医院科研经费管理的建议。University-affiliated hospitals occupy a very important position in China's medical system.It integrates medical education,research,and research.With the continuous advancement of the national strategy of“rejuvenating the country by science,education,and education,”the number of scientific research projects in university-affiliated hospitals continues to increase.How to use scientific research funds scientifically and reasonably,strengthening the management of scientific research projects is of great significance at present.This article attempts to start with the problem and analyze the crux of the current scientific research funding management of affiliated hospitals in universities.Based on this,it puts forward suggestions to improve the scientific research funding management of affiliated hospitals in universities.
