摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤儿童及家庭康复期的需求。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法,对10名患儿家属进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果访谈得出3个主题:主观认识、客观条件、自我认可。结论临床护理人员可以从知识教育、社会资源、心理疏导等方面针对性干预,促进患儿康复进程的同时缓解家庭压力,促使患儿家庭向正性方向发展。Objective To investigate the needs of burned children and their families during rehabilitation.Methods The phenomenological method in the qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with the family members of 10 children with burn injuries,and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi analysis.Results Three primary themes were obtained through interviews:subjective knowledge,objective conditions,and self-identification.Conclusion The problems existing in this group are analyzed and targeted to solve,while promoting the rehabilitation process of children,alleviating family pressure and making the whole family develop in a positive direction.
