摘　　要：目的了解造血干细胞移植患者在入住全封闭的层流病房期间使用智能手机的可行性及真实体验,为规范智能手机使用流程及管理提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的描述性研究法,对入住层流病房的11名造血干细胞移植患者进行半结构式深入访谈,并分析访谈结果。结果患者对智能手机的使用体验共提炼出4个主题:患者对手机的依赖性;社会支持的需求影响;信息支持的需求;对睡眠的影响。结论规范入住层流病房患者的智能手机的使用流程及管理,有助于提高患者的满意度,减少患者心理问题的发生。Objective To investigate the feasibility and patients’experience of using smartphone in a laminar air flow unit,and to provide reference for the standardization in smartphone usage.Methods The descriptive approach was adopted and semi-structured interview was conducted to 11 patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Results Four themes were refined:dependence on mobile phones in patients,demand for social support,demand for information support,influence on sleep quality.Conclusion A standard procedure of smartphone usage in a laminar air flow unit should be provided to improve the patients’satisfaction and reduce the risk of mental disorders.
