摘　　要：目的调查临床护士的生活状态,为提高社会支持提供理论依据。方法采用生活状态问卷和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对1193名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果本组护理人员社会支持总得分为(40.72±8.34)分。每周参加体育锻炼频率、1年内是否使用睡眠药物、是否经常参与科研工作以及是否考虑辞去目前的工作均是影响社会支持主要因素。结论临床护士社会支持处于中高水平,良好的生活状态有助于提升社会支持。Objective To investigate the lifestyle among clinical nurses,and to provide theoretical basis for improving level of social support.Methods A total of 1193 clinical nurses were sampled and investigated by lifestyle questionnaire and Social support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results The total score of SSRS of clinical nurses was(40.72±8.34).The level of social support was independently influenced by the frequency of physical exercise per week,whether hypnotics were used in the past year,whether they were often involved in scientific research and whether to resign from the current job.Conclusion Finding of the study showed that the level of social support for clinical nurses was in the middle level.A good lifestyle helps to enhance level of social support for clinical nurses.
