闽商精神对大学生创新创业素质培养的启示

摘　　要：在高等教育大众化的过程中,高校肩负着人才培养和就业的双重压力,开展大学生创新创业素质教育成为必然。创新创业教育在我国还处于探索阶段,缺乏创新创业素质培养,也较少融合地方区域文化精神特色。打造大学生创新创业素质四维模型,提出闽商精神对大学生创新创业素质培养的影响模式,即“闽商精神—经济主体—大学生创新创业素质—经济行为—经济结果”,构建政府做好顶层设计、高校完善人才培养体系、社会营造氛围的协同治理体系。In the process of popularization of higher education,the universities shoulder the double pressures of talent cultivation and employment,so it is necessary to carry out the quality education of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is still in the exploratory stage in our country.It has less quality cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship and less integration of local regional cultural characteristics.The study summarizes the connotation of Fujian Merchants’spirit and the four-dimensional quality model of the innovation and Entrepreneurship for the college students,and puts forward the influence model of Fujian merchants’spirit on the quality cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students,that is,the mode of“Fujian Merchants’spirit-economic subject-the quality of innovation and Entrepreneurship for the college students-economic behavior-economic result”.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the top-level design of the government,improve the talent cultivating system of universities,and create a good atmosphere of sociology,which is the coordinated governance system of“Government-University-Society”.
