摘　　要：根据大盘重卧式收线机的应用环境和控制要求,针对1 t以上大盘重成品,设计出由PLC、变频器、人机界面组成的电气控制系统,给出系统组成,说明控制过程及各部分功能,并就影响排线的问题进行分析。该系统在180 m/min速度下能实现直径2~15 mm钢丝的精密排线,提高了生产效率。According to application and control requirements of heavy coil horizontal take-up, an electrical control system composed of PLC, inverter, and human-machine interface is designed for heavy coil finished products of more than 1 t. The system composition is given, the control process and functions of each part are explained, and the problems affecting wire arrangement is analyzed. The system can achieve precise wire arrangement with diameter 2~15 mm steel wire at speed of 180 m/min, which improves production efficiency.
