摘 要:国内外对植物香味的文献研究资料很多,特别是对其品质特点进行了针对性的分析与运用。顾客对购买植物香味有自己的要求,这就关系到重要指标的分析与运用。随着技术与人民生活水平的提升,对植物香味的选择与要求上是有了一个选择性的参照。特别是对葛根的品质上在国内外对其成份与其他的影响因素变量进行了综合的分析与研究运用,以及葛根产业及其风味的发展研究现状,为今后葛根农户及栽培工作者提供理论依据。There are a lot of documents about plant fragrance at home and abroad,especially the analysis and application of other quality characteristics.Customers have their own requirements for the purchase of plant fragrance,which is related to an analysis and application of important indicators.With the improvement of technology and people's living standards,there is a selective reference for the selection and requirements of plant fragrance.Especially for the quality of Pueraria at home and abroad,the comprehensive analysis and application of its ingredients and other influencing factors and variables,as well as the development and research status of Pueraria industry and its flavor,provide theoretical basis for farmers and cultivation workers of Pueraria in the future.
