上海市闵行区某九年一贯制学校学生视力情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解闵行区某校学生视力不良情况影响因素,为开展干预建立基础数据库。方法对闵行区某学校一~八年级在校学生开展视力监测和建档工作。结果该校在校一~八年级学生共1,674人,其中男生864人(51.6%),女生为810人(48.4%)。中小学生作业时间为60~120 min的占28.7%,121~180 min的占44.9%;在学习日每天有0~60 min课外活动时间的占87.5%,在周末能参加课外0~60 min运动的占40.8%,61~120 min的占34.5%。学生视力不良情况与运动时间、学习作业时间、持续用眼30~40 min、过度低头等不良用眼习惯相关。结论青少年用眼时间较长,课外活动和艺术类活动时间不足,用眼习惯不良,导致学生视力不良。需加强对学生用眼习惯的健康教育、加强学生体质监测,增加课外活动时间,从而改善学生视力情况。Objective To understand the influencing factors of poor vision of students in a school in Minhang District,and to establish a basic database for intervention.Methods Vision monitoring and filing were carried out for students of grade 1-8 in a school in Minhang District.Results There were 1,674 students in grade 1-8,with 864 boys(51.6%)and 810 girls(48.4%).The proportion of primary and secondary school students who had 60-120 minutes of homework was 28.7%;44.9%of them had 121-180 minutes;87.5%had 0-60 minutes of extracurricular activities every day on study days;40.8%had 0-60 minutes of extracurricular activities on weekends,and 34.5%had 61-120 minutes of extracurricular activities.Poor eyesight of students was related to exercise time,study time,continuous eye using for 30-40 minutes,excessive bow head and other bad eye use habits.Conclusion The long time of using eyes,the short time of extracurricular activities and art activities,and the bad habit of using eyes lead to the poor eyesight of the students.It is necessary to strengthen the health education of the habit of using eyes,strengthen the physical monitoring of the students,strengthen extracurricular activities,and improve the eyesight of the students.
