摘 要:目的研究高山红景天口服液对瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者症状的改善效果。方法方便选取2017年1月-2018年12月该院收治的瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者208例,随机分为对照组和实验组各104例。对照组行常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上使用高山红景天口服液治疗,统计患者心绞痛发作情况及治疗效果,检测hsCRP、IL-18表达水平、冠状动脉主要供血动脉血流速度。结果治疗后实验组患者心绞痛发作频次(3.12±0.24)次/周、hs-CRP(3.99±0.12)mg/L、IL-18(22.45±2.46)μg/L、中医证候评分(4.25±0.57)分优于对照组患者心绞痛发作频次(5.15±0.68)次/周、hs-CRP(7.89±0.67)mg/L、IL-18(39.68±4.45)μg/L、中医证候评分(6.25±1.03)分,差异有统计学意义(t=28.712、58.431、34.559、17.331,P=0.001、0.001、0.001、0.001<0.05);心绞痛持续时间(2.31±0.06)min、心绞痛间隔时间(3.01±0.05)d短于对照组患者心绞痛持续时间(4.16±0.28)min、心绞痛间隔时间(5.12±0.24)d,差异有统计学意义(t=65.879、87.773,P<0.05);冠状动脉主要供血动脉血流速度,收缩期峰值速度(16.65±2.69)cm/s,舒张期峰值速度(31.28±5.69)cm/s、治疗总有效率(97.12%)高于对照组冠状动脉主要供血动脉血流速度,收缩期峰值速度:(14.36±1.45)cm/s,舒张期峰值速度:(28.77±4.56)cm/s、治疗总有效率(86.54%),差异有统计学意义(t=7.642、3.513,P=0.001、0.001<0.05;χ^2=7.751,P=0.005<0.05)。结论高山红景天口服液可有效缓解瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者心绞痛症状、增加冠状动脉主要供血动脉血流速度,治疗效果显著。Objective To study the effect of high mountain Hongjingtian oral liquid on the improvement of symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease due to blood stasis syndrome.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,208 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were admitted to the hospital for blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 104 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated with Gaoshanhongjingtian oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The patients’angina pectoris episodes and treatment effects were counted.The expression levels of hs-CRP,IL-18,and coronary arterial blood flow were detected.speed.Results After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris in the experimental group was(3.12±0.24)times/week,hs-CRP(3.99±0.12)mg/L,IL-18(22.45±2.46)μg/L,and TCM syndrome score(4.25±0.57)points were better than the frequency of angina pectoris(5.15±0.68)times/week,hs-CRP(7.89±0.67)mg/L,IL-18(39.68±4.45)μg/L,and TCM syndrome score(6.25±1.03)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=28.712,58.431,34.559,17.331,P=0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001<0.05);duration of angina pectoris(2.31±0.06)min,interval of angina pectoris(3.01±0.05)d was shorter than the duration of angina pectoris in the control group(4.16±0.28)min and the interval time of angina pectoris(5.12±0.24)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=65.879,87.773,P<0.05);coronary arteries Blood flow velocity of main blood supply artery,peak systolic velocity(16.65±2.69)cm/s,peak diastolic velocity(31.28±5.69)cm/s,total effective rate of treatment(97.12%)is higher than that of coronary arteries in the control group Main blood supply artery blood flow velocity peak systolic velocity:(14.36±1.45)cm/s,diastole Value speed:(28.77±4.56)cm/s,total effective rate of treatment(86.54%),the difference is statistically significant(t=7.642,3.513,P=0.001,0.001<0.05;χ^2=7.751,P=0.005<0.05).Conc
