摘  要:目的随机调查盐井地区饮食、生活习惯及泌尿系统结石现状,并进行流行病学统计,分析泌尿系统结石发生的影响因素。方法随机调查该院2015年2月—2019年3月泌尿外科住院患者并进行社会调查,共有3269例列为研究对象,使用自制的调查问卷对所有研究对象进行流行病学调查,纳入研究对象的一般情况、饮食习惯及泌尿系统结石患病情况,使用单因素和多因素对泌尿系统结石发生的影响因素进行分析。结论该次调查患者共计3269例,回收问卷3051份,其中泌尿系统结石患者共1252例,占41.04%。泌尿系统结石危险单因素分析显示猪内脏、牛肉食用史、饮水量、尿酸含量、泌尿系统结石家族史差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示猪内脏、牛肉食用史、饮水量、尿酸含量、泌尿系统结石家族史有统计学差异(Waldχ2=4.090、6.939、4.489、6.138,P=0.044、0.009、0.035、0.014<0.05)。结论盐井地区泌尿系统结石患病发生中,猪内脏、牛肉食用史、饮水量、尿酸含量、泌尿系统结石家族史都是其影响因素。应该加强对饮食习惯的指导工作,以减少泌尿系统结石患病率。Objective To investigate the status of diet,living habits,and urinary stones in Yanjing area at random,and to conduct epidemiological statistics to analyze the influencing factors of urinary stones.Methods Randomly surveyed urological inpatients in the hospital from February 2015 to March 2019 and conducted social surveys.A total of 3269 cases subjects were included in the study.Epidemiological surveys were conducted on all subjects using a self-made questionnaire.General conditions,eating habits,and the prevalence of urinary stones,the use of single and multiple factors to analyze the influencing factors of urinary stones.Conclusion There were 3269 patients in this survey,and 3051 questionnaires were recovered.Among them,there were 1252 patients with urinary stones,accounting for 41.04%.Single risk factor for urinary stones analysis showed statistical differences in garlic seedlings,pig offal,beef consumption history,water consumption,uric acid content,and family history of urinary stones(P<0.05);multivariate analysis results showed that there were statistically significant differences in pig viscera,beef consumption history,water consumption,uric acid content,and family history of urinary stones(Waldχ2=4.090,6.939,4.489,6.138,P=0.044,0.009,0.035,0.014<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of urinary stones in Yanjing area,Pig viscera,beef consumption history,water consumption,uric acid content,family history of urinary stones are all influencing factors.Guidance on dietary habits should be strengthened to reduce the prevalence of urinary stones.
