细节护理在神经介入护理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析细节护理在神经介入护理当中的应用。方法选取该院2017年12月—2018年12月收治的130例需要进行接受神经介入治疗的患者,分为不同组别,分别给予患者常规护理和细节护理干预。对比分析两组患者护理前后临床效果,护理质量评分,护理满意度,护理差错率以及抑郁、焦虑评分等指标。结果在给予两组患者不同护理干预之后,研究组患者护理满意率为96.92%,对照组为83.07%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.637,P<0.05)。研究组患者护理差错率、基础护理、病房管理、焦虑评分、抑郁评分等明显优于对照组(χ2=5.226,t=5.098、5.174、5.348、6.527,P<0.05)。结论对于神经介入治疗患者来说,联合常规护理干预和细节护理干预具有显著效果,可以在较大程度上提升神经介入治疗的护理质量,减少差错事件发生率,使患者在诊疗期间能够享受到细致入微的优质服务。其次,通过细节护理措施还能够提升护理人员的工作质量,确保手术治疗的顺利开展,因此值得被推广应用在临床护理上。Objective To explore the application of detailed nursing in neurological intervention nursing.Methods A total of 130 patients who needed neurological intervention from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into different groups.Patients were given conventional care and detailed nursing intervention.The clinical effects,nursing quality scores,nursing satisfaction,nursing error rate,depression and anxiety scores of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After the two groups of patients were given different nursing interventions,the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.92%in the study group and 83.07%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=8.637,P<0.05).Patients in the study group had significantly better care error rates,basic care,ward management,anxiety scores,and depression scores than the control group(χ2=5.226,t=5.098,5.174,5.348,6.527,P<0.05).Conclusion For neuro intervention patients,the combination of conventional nursing interventions and detailed nursing interventions has significant effects,which can greatly improve the quality of care of neurological interventions,reduce the incidence of error events,and enable patients to enjoy meticulous and quality services during diagnosis and treatment.Secondly,the detailed nursing measures can also improve the work quality of nursing staff and ensure the smooth development of surgical treatment.Therefore,it is worth being promoted and applied in clinical nursing.
