摘　　要：在鞍钢设备维修生产中气焊与气割是比较常见的一种维修方法与手段。气割在设备的更换、废钢的处理、构件的下料、对装及各种拆除、清理、安装作业中应用非常广泛。如果气割质量及效率不当,就会降低维修效率,影响产线生产的正常进行,但是由于气焊与气割这一特殊的作业方式,维修工作中具有危险性大、辅助工具多、零散性大、携带不便等特点。通过充分调动操作人员的积极性、创造性,制作出经过改进的组合工具,操作中具有实用、安全、可靠的实用价值,可以更好地为鞍钢生产服务,创造出更多的企业价值。Gas welding and gas cutting are relatively common maintenance methods in the equipment maintenance production of Ansteel.Gas cutting is widely used in equipment replacement,scrap steel processing,component blanking,assembly and various dismantling,cleaning,and installation operations.If the quality and efficiency of gas cutting is improper,it will reduce the maintenance efficiency and affect the normal production of the production line.However,due to the special operation method of gas welding and gas cutting,the maintenance work has several characteristics such as having high risk,requiring many auxiliary tools that are inconvenient to carry.By fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the operator,an improved combination tool is produced.The operation of this tool is reliable,practical and safe.Therefore,it can better serve the production in Ansteel and create more enterprise value.
