摘 要:湘钢4号高炉取消自产焦改用全外购焦生产后,由于焦炭高温热性能CRI、CSR指标下滑,生产指标下降,并伴随着风口频繁损坏。通过对上部装制的调整及下部风口的调整,有效地制止了风口的频繁破损,高炉炉况稳定。In order to solve the problem of unqualified sulfur content of the product and iron loss caused by the uncontrollable slag skimming process of molten iron,this paper proposes a judgment method of molten iron slag skimming based on image processing.The method uses the infrared detection technology to collect real-time images of the slag skimming process of molten iron,and then through image processing,analyzes the proportion of desulphurization slag’s area in hot metal ladle,and compares it with the preset proportion standard of residual slag area under different processes to determine whether the slag skimming is up to the standard.At the same time,the method has been applied in Meisteel steelmaking plant.The application results show that this method not only realizes the effective monitoring of molten iron slag skimming process and provides effective guidance for on-site slag skimming operation,but also reduces the iron loss of slag skimming(Namely,the average iron loss per ton of steel decreased by 4.31kg)when the sulfur of finished products reaches the standard,bringing huge economic benefits.
