预防新生儿脐炎两种不同护理方法的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探析预防新生儿脐炎两种不同护理方法的效果对比。方法以2017年1月-2019年5月为时间段,选取对象为该院新生儿脐炎患儿60例,将其随机分为两组,各30例。采取常规脐部护理方法对对照组加以护理,基于此采用二次断脐护理方法对观察组加以护理。比较两组脐带脱落、愈合等时间、脐部出血、脐炎等发生率、家属满意度等。结果在脐带脱落、愈合等时间方面,观察组较对照组均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.303、3.522,P<0.05)。在脐部出血、脐炎等发生率上,对照组分别为23.33%、20.00%,观察组分别为6.67%、3.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.201、5.628,P<0.05)。在家属满意度方面,对照组总体为83.33%,观察组总体为96.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.664,P=0.000)。结论采用二次断脐护理对新生儿脐炎患儿加以干预的效果显著,即可促进其脐带脱落和愈合,且可降低相关并发症发生率,还可普遍提升家属满意度,因此值得推广和应用。Objective To compare the effects of two different nursing methods for prevention of neonatal omphalitis.Methods From January 2017 to May 2019, 60 cases of Neonatal Omphalitis in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. The routine umbilical nursing method was adopted to nursing the control group, and the secondary umbilical amputation nursing method was adopted to nursing the observation group.The incidence of umbilical cord loss, healing time, umbilical hemorrhage, umbilical cord inflammation and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of the time of umbilical cord shedding and healing,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(t=5.303,3.522, P<0.05). The incidence of umbilical hemorrhage and omphalitis in the control group was23.33% and 20.00% respectively, and 6.67% and 3.33% in the observation group, respectively. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=7.201,5.628, P<0.05). In terms of family satisfaction, 83.33% of the patients in the control group and 96.67% in the observation group had statistical difference(χ^2=8.664, P=0.000). Conclusion The effect of the second umbilical cord amputation nursing intervention on neonatal umbilitis is remarkable,which can promote umbilical cord abscission and healing, reduce the incidence of related complications, and generally improve family satisfaction, so it is worth promoting and applying.
