盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎合并早泄临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎合并早泄的临床效果。方法将该院在2016年9月-2018年9月期间诊治的120例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎合并早泄患者纳入研究对象,对患者进行编号,1~120号,其中奇数号为对照组,60例,采用前列康片进行治疗;偶数号为观察组,60例,采用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,观察和对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果经过不同治疗,观察组治疗的有效率为86.67%,对照组治疗的有效率为70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.553,P<0.05),两组患者的症状评分均有所改善,且观察组改善更加明显,两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的阴道内射精潜伏期时间明显增长,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗的过程中,两组均出现5例不良反应患者,都可以耐受。结论对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎合并早泄患者采用盐酸坦索罗辛进行治疗,效果显著,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis with premature ejaculation. Methods 120 cases of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis with premature ejaculation treated in the hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were included in the study. The patients were numbered 1-120. The odd number was the control group, 60 cases were treated with Qianliekang tablets, the even number was the observation group, 60 cases were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride. Treatment, observation and comparison of the clinical effect of the two groups. Results After different treatments, the effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, the effective rate of the control group was 70.00% (χ^2=6.553, P<0.05), with statistical significance. The symptoms scores of the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious, and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the negative of the observation group was significantly different(P<0.05). The incubation period of intraductal ejaculation was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05). In the course of treatment, there were 5 cases of adverse reactions in both groups, which could be tolerated. Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis with premature ejaculation, and has important clinical value.
