摘　　要：目的探究内脏恶性肿瘤患者的皮肤表现。方法将2018年6月-2019年2月期间在该院接受诊治的9例内脏恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料和皮肤表现进行调查统计并分析。结果肿瘤皮肤转移患者中,男性4例,女性1例,发病部位头部2例,胸部、腰背部、左大腿部各1例,原发肿瘤部位为肺部4例,肝部1例,患者皮疹出现时间1~11个月。患者多表现出皮下肿块、质硬,部分伴有表面溃烂,皮疹面积在2 cm×1.5 cm^10 cm×8 cm之间;副肿瘤性皮肤病患者中,男性3例,女性1例,皮肤病类型皮肌炎、红皮病各2例,原发肿瘤部位胃部2例,胆囊、淋巴各1例,皮疹出现时间2~5个月。结论内脏恶性肿瘤可导致皮肤发生病变,及时了解患者皮肤表现,有助于患者肿瘤的早期治疗。Objective Explore the skin manifestations of patients with visceral malignancies. Methods Nine patients with visceral malignancies who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study. The clinical data and skin performance of all patients were investigated and analyzed. Results Among the patients with metastatic carcinoma of the skin, there were 4 males and 1 female, 2 cases of head of the affected area, 1 case of chest, lumbar back, and left thigh. The primary tumor site was 4 cases of lung and 1 case of liver. The rash appeared for 1-11 months. The patient showed a subcutaneous mass, which was hard and partially accompanied by surface ulceration. The area of the rash was between 2 cm×1.5 cm-10 cm×8 cm. Among the patients with paraneoplastic dermatosis, 3 males. 1 case of female, dermatitis type of skin disease type, 2 cases of erythroderma, 2 cases of stomach in primary tumor site, 1 case of gallbladder and lymph, and 2-5 months of rash. Conclusion Visceral malignant tumors can cause skin lesions, timely understanding of the patient’s skin performance, and help patients with early treatment of tumors.
