超声药物透入黄马酊在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察超声药物透入黄马酊注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法自2019年2月-7月52例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者入住该科,将患者随机分为两组,一组为治疗组,另一组为对照组,每组26例,对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组除了接受常规治疗以外,再给予超声药物透入黄麻酊注射液,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组在治疗第1 d、3 d、7 d、10 d后的VAS评分和QS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的VAS评分和QS评分相对于对照组降低的更快(P<0.05);治疗10 d以后治疗组治愈率26.9%和总有效率76.9%明显优于对照组治愈率11.5%和总有效率34.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.380,P=0.039<0.05)。结论采用超声药物透入黄麻酊注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有较好疗效。Objective To observe the effect of ultrasound drug penetration into Huangmayu injection on postherpetic neuralgia. Methods From 2019 to July 2019 February, 52 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the hospital?,The patients were randomly divided into two groups, one was the treatment group and the other was the control group, 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the treatment group was routine. On the basis of treatment, the ultrasound drug was infiltrated into the jute injection, and the effects of the two groups were observed. Results The VAS score and QS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 1 st, 3 rd, 7 th and 10 th day after treatment(P<0.05);The VAS score and QS score of the treatment group decreased faster than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment for 10 d, the cure rate of the treatment group was26.9% and the total effective rate was 76.9%, which was significantly better than the control group with a cure rate of11.5% and a total effective rate of 34.6%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.380, P=0.039<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound drug penetration into the jute injection has a good effect in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
